Cookies and Browser Storage
The site's supplied code keeps navigation and message preparation simple. It does not need a persistent profile to help you plan a shelf.
What cookies are
Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to store and return with later requests. Browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage provides other ways to retain information. These technologies are different from ordinary cached copies of images, stylesheets or pages.
What the supplied site code uses
The HTML, stylesheet and JavaScript supplied for this site do not set cookies, read or write localStorage, or use sessionStorage. They do not include advertising tags, analytics libraries or third-party embeds. Navigation state and scroll-reveal state are temporary page state rather than stored preferences.
| Feature | Purpose | Persistence |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile menu state | Show or hide navigation | Current page only |
| Scroll observation | Reveal content as it enters view | Current page only |
| Contact draft | Construct text from fields you enter | Not saved by the site code |
| Clipboard | Copy a draft when requested | Managed by your device |
| Text download | Save a draft when requested | A local file until you remove it |
Browser and hosting behaviour
Your browser may cache resources, remember form entries, restore a tab or retain browsing history according to its settings. Hosting, security or consent services added to a deployment can have separate behaviour that is not defined by these static files. Any additional non-essential technology should be disclosed and controlled as required before use.
Technical page requests and hosting logs are not the same as browser cookies. See the privacy notice for information about page delivery and correspondence.
Managing information on your device
Use your browser's site-data, history and autofill settings to review or remove information it has retained. Clipboard history and downloaded text files may need to be cleared separately. Disabling JavaScript leaves the reading guides and ordinary links available, but the menu enhancement and message composer will not run.
